Several Louisiana cities have plans to ban bare behinds. Those young folk who are stuck in the flaunted fanny groove may well find themselves out of pocket as well as out of their droopy drawers. Although some degree of sag will be tolerated, anybody baring more than 3 inches of butt or parading their pants can expect to pay up to $200 in fines and be required to do community service. One wonders if law enforcers will be equipped with especially developed measuring equipment. And surely just pulling up the disagreeable drawers will be a service to the community.

In Atlanta, baggy baggies are apparently seen as a measure of emotional health - the lower the pants, the lower the self esteem. Gives a fresh meaning to the old edict of 'pull your pants up.'
