Ben & Jerry's Allergy Recall Not So Sweet

Ice cream manufacturer Ben & Jerry's has issued a voluntary recall of its Country Peach Cobbler ice cream after discovering that its label does not properly list its wheat content. Wheat-allergic customers who eat the ice cream could experience severe allergic reactions.

Ben & Jerry's Recall

The company will recall 250,000 pints of the ice cream produced in January and February 2007. The pints of ice cream were distributed nationwide.
